Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Deletion

Email your request to info@aynaldabi.com with the suggested subject Data Deletion Request. This process covers eligible personal information associated with the Ayn Al Dabi website, WhatsApp communications and related customer-service systems.

2. Information to Include

Please provide only enough information to help us identify the relevant records:

• Your full name.
• The email address used with Ayn Al Dabi, if applicable.
• The phone or WhatsApp number used to communicate with us.
• A brief description of the information, account or conversation you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords or codes, access tokens, payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Identity Verification

We may need to verify your identity or your authority to make the request before deleting information. This helps protect customer information against unauthorised or fraudulent deletion requests. We will request only information reasonably necessary for that verification.

4. What Happens After a Request

We will review the request, identify relevant records and determine which personal information is eligible for deletion. Eligible information will be deleted or anonymised as appropriate. We may contact you if clarification or identity verification is needed.

5. Retention Requirements

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary or required for legitimate legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or record-keeping obligations. Where appropriate, we may restrict its use or retain only the information required for those purposes. We do not promise immediate deletion or a fixed completion period.
